After senseless interviews with "car-salesman" realtors who didn't want to work and only collect commissions and others that could only break their promises, I was so fed up I finally just moved and started making calls after I moved into my new home. With more snobby realtors only concerned with their personal image and not wanting to actually work for their commissions, I blindly called Juan Martinez figuring I had nothing to lose. Over the phone, Juan and I were able to secure an agreement and hit the ground running. I had a written contract that evening. Juan went to work and ran with it and went beyond what any of the other realtors would do and then some. He took care of everything that needed to be done and whatever it took to make the sale without compromising integrity. From cleanup to lockup Juan came through. If he missed something he owned up to it and fixed it. He even pitched in and paid for some things just to make the deal happen on time and help me out because of geographical inconvenience. He handled everything. He said he had contacts and qualified buyers like all the rest. The difference was that he really had them and then brought them! I was able to sell my house and got top dollar. If you want a realtor that does what he says and is willing to work hard, Juan is your guy. I am out of his jurisdiction now but if I could use him again I wouldn't hesitate one minute. He is the best realtor I have ever come across
