ZillowVERIFIEDI have so many complaints about this property management company that comes from dealing with them for a year. They DO NOT do anything. I've politely called to inform them about the homeless situation as well as tried to email but the email is invalid. There's a 24/7 alarm that's been going off for a month in the Fire Sprinkler Riser Room which is a hazard and a major annoyance. They simply won't fix it and won't deal with it. I've called them endlessly and tried to reach out to OnGuard fire and the Fire Marshall. This isn't the first time it's happened it's gone off for a month before as well and any company that I ask for advice on next steps are just really confused because it's a simple same day fix. This property is sitting vacant with a ton of homeless people constantly sleeping on the property, many of which have set up a home in the cage that doesn't have a lock (which I've told them they should put a lock on). Don't trust them with managing your properties, and don't trust being a renter from them.
