JP did a great job in helping us find the home we needed and wanted. He spent a lot of time with us as we were so reluctant and worried with the pandemic happening. We would look at homes then stop for several months than start again and we did this for 2 years. He was so patient with us and cared more about us finding the right place then getting a paycheck. He truly cares for his clients and wants the best for them. He is very knowledgeable of the area and what is the best for future sale if that is desired. He made the entire buying process so easy and painless. He figured out what my wife and I liked and he would always communicate with us when he spotted something that fit those needs. He was very easy to get a hold of when we found something we wanted to see and he would move quickly to get us there to view it in a very high demand market. I would recommend JP and his entire team because they are genuine and sincere and know what they are doing. Especially for 1st time home owners. He is the best.
