Buying a home can be an overwhelming and stressful process, but with JP I knew what I needed to do every step of the way. And he made it SO EASY. I didn't even feel like I was overwhelmed during the entire process. JP showed me a few places to gauge what I was looking for. Once he had an idea, he provided recommendations on homes I should look at and the one I bought was his top recommendation! ZillowVERIFIEDJP did a great job in helping us find the home we needed and wanted. He spent a lot of time with us as we were so reluctant and worried with the pandemic happening. We would look at homes then stop for several months than start again and we did this for 2 years. He was so patient with us and cared more about us finding the right place then getting a paycheck. He truly cares for his clients and wants the best for them. He is very knowledgeable of the area and what is the best for future sale if that is desired. He made the entire buying process so easy and painless. He figured out what my wife and I liked and he would always communicate with us when he spotted something that fit those needs. He was very easy to get a hold of when we found something we wanted to see and he would move quickly to get us there to view it in a very high demand market. I would recommend JP and his entire team because they are genuine and sincere and know what they are doing. Especially for 1st time home owners. He is the best.
