ZillowVERIFIEDJoyce Lynn Chandler recently helped us sell our house in the Richardson Sharps Farm area. I think everybody knows the market is really soft and difficult. We were worried that the process of showing and selling might take many months. Knowing that, we worked together to stage and position the house in the best possible way. She provided some of the decoration and furnishing for us, coached us through surviving the showing and transition living process and with great empathy, helped us sell the house after only about a month of market exposure. Her deep understanding of the area and local market were obviously critical to that success.
