When we moved back to NJ at the tail end of Covid and realized we needed a smaller home than the one we had left behind and rented out once we moved back into it, the market was dauting. We were shocked at the soaring values of homes back in our little neighborhood and the entire area . I prayed that I might maybe be able to meet an agent who would understand our needs and also US! The move back was also daunting and though we knew the area, Florida living is very different from the northeast in every way. I decided I better start looking and went to a few local open houses and Joyce was there! She was so warm and nice, I had to pinch myself and right away I knew if she would take me I would be ok. Joyce has been our advocate for almost three years for both selling and buying. She has worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. Joyce has been honest , direct and makes suggestions in the nicest and kindest of ways. Don't let that kindness be mistaken for ignorance because she is as smart as a whip! She is ALWAYS available and responds to every email, call, text with the answers you are looking for. I know I am in safe hands and there will be no mistakes . I trust Joyce to sell our home once we find the right one to move in to one hundred percent. Joyce is everything you want in a realtor. Smart , pleasant, supportive, understanding, relentless in the best way, and also- fun! I would recommend her to my family and friends and all of you out there who want a real person who has it together and will understand your needs and wants.
