Because I live out of state from where the property was located, I needed someone who was a master at coordinating workmen to do repairs, knowing those that provide quality workmanship, and still keeping the costs down. Joyce was honest on every detail and provided everything I needed and more. She kept me informed with phone calls, emails, and sent pictures of progress being made. She coordinated all the paperwork which took a load off my mind. When I was in town, she kept all of our appointments, and went above and beyond by providing me with a battery charger so I could move a vehicle that was on the sold property. You will not go wrong if you allow Joyce to work for you.

She had obviously done her research on the property, had excellent suggestions for any deficiencies that might occur, including relationships with cleaners, and other repairmen who were competent. She was also very 'hands on' in assisting with the staging process, and other minor and major improvements that had to be made. She was (is) very good to work with as a person. She was open to suggestions, explained everything in great detail, and was always there for us if we needed to contact her. She would be the first realtor I would seek if I had another house to sell. I cannot recommend her more highly as both a professional real estate agent, and as a wonderful person to work with. Five stars are not enough. By the way, the house had an offer in only a number of days. (I don't know the official date it went on the market, but the sale was much quicker than expected-and in the difficult holiday season).

ZillowVERIFIEDWe started our listing back in December 2019 on our Modular home. She conducted many Open houses, that is until Covid-19 hit! Then she set up and followed all restrictions set out for realtors to show homes. She monitored home buyers and looked after our best interests in selling our fairly new home (3 years old). She watered the gardens for us as we moved out of the park in February, thinking the sale would happen fairly quickly. But it didn't. After we received the final offer, she was very patient with us on our lack of knowledge of the selling/buying process. The deal finally went through and we are out of our mortgage just in time! Thanks to all of her hard work and attention to details.
