Joyce is the consummate professional and a joy to work with. If you are buying or selling a house in Peabody, look no further. Joyce helped me and my 2 sisters sell our parents' house. For several reasons, the house was difficult to price so she gave us her estimate and then invited in 2 contractors for their opinions. Every time we had a question she responded within a half hour, even when she was on vacation! None of us had ever sold a house and she made the process clear. She is honest and you can tell how respected she is by the speed at which people (housing inspectors, bankers, etc) return her calls. Our lawyer even commented on how easy she was to work with! We ended up with 10 offers on our house and she helped us develop criteria by which to evaluate the offers. She even helped my sister look for an apartment. It's clear she loves what she does.

We couldn't help but notice Joyce's name on "for sale" signs all throughout town, so we decided to give her a call. When we initially met with her we immediately knew she was the right fit for us (and presumably why she was the right fit for so many others in our neighborhood). Every instinct she had was spot on. From pricing our home properly, to timing the market just right, to handling a bidding war masterfully, we were lucky we partnered with Joyce. It has become apparent to us that when you go through the process of selling your home, you need to surround yourself with people you can trust. She earned our trust at every turn, and we are extremely happy with the results. We recommend her to others without hesitation. They don't call her the "queen of Peabody" for nothing!

Joyce came highly recommended to us from friends in Danvers who had recently moved into a beautiful home on a street and neighborhood of their dreams. Having gone through the buying process once before we knew selling our home and finding a new one would be difficult with a lot left up to chance, but Joyce has been in this game for some time now and knows the market and North Shore area like nobody else.
