My bride and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge of how the process worked. We put all of our trust and faith into Joy, and she did not disappoint! In our meetings, she often answered our questions before we had a chance to ask them. She is always prompt with her responses whether we emailed her one question or several. And her answers never steered us down the wrong path. Ive heard plenty of horror stories when it came to buying a house, and even worse stories from some first time buyers, but Joy made it so easy for us, we almost felt like it was too easy. Joy was absolutely wonderful to work with as we set out to purchase our first home! She responded quickly to any texts, calls, or emails regardless of day or time and was prompt with communication to and from other individuals in the process (the bank, other realtors, etc.) as well. As this was our first home we were unsure about the process and some of the language in much of the paperwork and Joy provided informative explanations without being verbose or covering unnecessary items. She also made sure that we understood that even after our closing date we were welcome to ask any questions that might arise, for which we were grateful!
