ZillowVERIFIEDDo not hire John Collura to represent the sale of your home. Horrible real estate agent, awful communication, claims he has "unconditional guarantee to be let go if your not happy with him". This is far from the truth. He refuses to give an unconditional release and after him being fired for his unprofessional service, my home is still listed for sale with him expecting to get any form of compensation from me. My home is off the market but to try to get him to do anything about this incredible. I've met many agents in my home selling experience who are professionals through and through. I was never contacted about a home appraisal being done and my calls had gone unanswered an not returned. I will not recommend this person to anyone buying or selling a home!!! There should be 0 stars.
