Journee Wilson was the real estate agent for our property that sold in Feburary 2012. Journee was very knowledgeable of the prices in the property area and helped the sellers set a very reasonable selling price. There were 3 sellers and all three sellers lived outside NY state. Journee was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. In addition, the house needed to pass various inspections and Journee was the point person that was involved with allowing various craftsmen entry into the property. Moreover, since the 3 sellers lived out of state, Journee did a wonderful job going by the property to check on the house and ensure work was completed.Journee has excellent interpersonal skills. The three sellers did not all agree on various issues, but Journee was able to keep the three sellers focused on doing everything we needed to do to sell the property. Journee was also excellent in keeping in establishing contact and keeping in contact with the real estate attorney/sellers/buyer to ensure that all forms/documents were obtained in a timely manner to sell the house.Journee was the person who found our real estate attorney. The real estate attorney that Journee referred to us was excellent! Our real estate attorney was always avaiable to answer our questions, and the real estate attorney provided us with high quality legal representation. It was extremely difficult to sell our property, but our real estate attorney was worked diligently to solve all of the issues related to the sell of the property. My family and I are extremely happy with the service from Journee Wilson. With no doubt or no hesitation, I am recommending Journee Wilson as an excellent real estate agent.

Very Knowledgeable in real estate. Willing to help from negotiating the price to finding ways of finding a home that not far for commuting to work. Also, help in finding a home of your dreams. She is willing goany time of day if available to help in search of a place call home. She is very well at keeping us posted with the negotiating to any improvements if any of the home.
