I truly can't speak highly enough about James and our experience working with him! He is by far the best realtor we've ever had. He is professional, friendly, efficient, and totally willing to go with us to look at any house we wanted to see. He also got to know us well enough to know what we wanted, and then was able to recommend houses he thought we should see. James also has the ability to look at a house and make suggestions of changes that can be made to make the house our own. He was available to help in any way we needed throughout this process, and also went to bat for us when we encountered a difficult situation. James is an amazing realtor, and I feel very fortunate to have worked with him as a first time seller. Throughout the entire process, James has answered very many questions I had and greatly helped me make all the good choices. James is very professional, very knowledgeable, stays on top of all the details, and communicates really really well. James is the best realtor I've ever interacted with! I first met James in summer-ish of 2024 when he was holding an open house for one of my neighbor's place: at that point, I already had the plan of selling my place in spring-summer of 2025. So when I saw James installing the signs for the open house in the community, I reached out to him and James kindly answered many questions I had about the market situation in the area, strategies for selling my neighbor's place, and so on. This 5-min short walk/conversation was extremely helpful and at the end of it, I already almost made up my mind that I'd work with him when selling my place in a year later. As my plans got clearer in 2025, I reached to James and we had a couple of meetings in my place, carefully going through all the strategies, market situations, and how James and the team works on a property like mine. After these, I formally decided to work with him. From that point, we had about two months to plan everything, e.g., upgrades, cleaning, staging, and photographing. James is very organized, stays on top of everything, and is very responsive. So all worked out perfectly as planned: James and the team started cleaning and upgrading my place just a day after I moved out and finished everything including staging and photographing in a very timely manner so my place hit the market in just a week after I moved out. The two Saturday and Sunday open house sessions were apparently very successful, leading to multiple offers the following week. So we could get into contract in less than a week since the place hit the market! I feel very fortunate that I accidentally ran into James about a year ago. Again, James is the best realtor I've ever interacted with and it was really great to have James represent me as a seller.
