Having personally bought 2 homes and sold 1 without a realtor in recent years, im not sure why we decided to use one this past fall of 2020 but Im thankful we did. Josh found us through his own marketing and we decided to give him a chance by having him over for an appraisal and interview. We were happy to not receive the typical used car salesman feel that most real estate agents give off. There was no pushing or gimmicks, just honesty, ideas, and a genuine good man who was very courteous. Once our house was on the market Josh treated our home as if it was his own with care to turn off all lights, lock the doors, and attention to detail to show the house in its best light. On the professional side Josh was always available anytime and on weekends when we had questions or concerns. Even when he didnt answer, he was returning my call within minutes. Our house had an unexpected issue with the title due to an unknown issue we had to remedy. We went through a lot of stress but Josh stayed positive with the main focus being our happiness and not worrying about just making a sale. With so many real estate agents out there I would call you foolish to not at least give Josh a call or a meeting so he has a chance to show you how great he is. Even months after Josh is still in contact with us checking in to see if everything is going well and if he can be of service to us. I enjoyed our conversations and only regret we are happy in our home so we have no need to use a real estate agent as i would use him again each time, but still we see him as a friend for life.

Joshua Whalley is truly one-of-a-kind. We purchased a home from a seller he was representing. Although his fudiciary responsibility was to the seller we felt as though he was representing us as well. Josh is extremely knowledgable in the industry and has vast knowledge all around. It was so helpful. With regard to process expertise and responsiveness he went so far above and beyond the call of duty that words cant go near our gratitude. Right from the beginning he understood what we needed and pointed us in the direction of the right parties that would get the job done for us. There were a few challenges that had to be met and Josh not only faced them but absolutely made miracles happen to get us to close in the timeframe we needed. His follow-up skills are impecable. His people skills are top-notch. He went thru hoops to get stuff to all the right parties so this would go smoothly for us and the seller. He never took no for an answer and went so far above and beyond that he actually totalled his car on the LIE cashing down signatures for us. (He is not injured in the process.) Without his kind and gracious assistance, we would never had closed when we did. Not only is he great at his job, he is one of the nicest people weve ever met and we hope to be able to give him some business in the near future and think weve made a friend for life.
