Joshua Vick

Joshua Vick was raised in a family of Realtors and Sales Professionals. This experience taught Joshua the ins and outs of business and negotiations, but first and fore most how to make each client feel like they are family. This is the basis for Joshua's success as a Realtor who helps find his clients the best fit for their needs, and also cares about them personally. Joshua spent the first 13 years after college as a Director in Hollywood, gaining recognition for his work by winning two Emmy's, however, his desire to join the family business of Real Estate soon became inevitable. Although working alongside A-List celebrities was a thrilling and exciting adventure, Real Estate has always been his true calling. Joshua's charismatic and outgoing personality mixed with his genuine Southern hospitality makes him someone his clients and colleagues are naturally drawn to. Closing deals is his forte, with his lifelong experience of buying and selling that has prepared him to negotiate a sale that will meet his client's needs. Joshua's unrelenting worth ethic, complete honesty, integrity, real estate expertise, and sincere concern for his client's best interest makes him the Realtor they want on their side when making an investment in their future home or commercial property. In 2018 Joshua and his family moved from Los Angeles to the Bay Area to be closer to their relatives. In a short period of time, he became the top sales agent at his new brokerage selling over $18 million in his first year. Although the Bay Area was great, he missed his sweet tea so they decided to move cross country to North Carolina to raise their kids where he is orginally from. His interests are many, but fishing, golfing, and basketball rank high on his list of favorites. Though he is passionate about his work, he also knows how to enjoy life and is especially grateful to have always been able to make time for his family, which is his reason for working as hard as he does. He is fortunate to have clients who quickly become friends and continues to look forward to each day that he gets to spend making their dreams a reality.
