Matt did an awesome job helping us find our first home. He answered each of our first time homebuyer questions quickly and knowledgeably, and made sure we saw each listing and showing that was within our parameters. There's honestly not enough room to write all of the things I have to say about Matt Fleenor of Greater Impact Realty. I am SO thankful to have found Matt when I needed him. He has handled multiple real estate transactions for me, both selling and buying. From our very first meeting his professionalism and desire to help me were obvious. Then came what is most important, the immediate follow through with all that he promised he'd do to help list, promote, and sell, my property. With some past negative experiences I was thrilled to find someone who really cared, who really kept appointments when he made them, who had superior knowledge in regards to pricing, a plethora of local business contacts, and who did what needed to be done in order to achieve the absolute best results for his clients. I was blown away by his spot on asking price for my home, and the results which were far beyond what I had even hoped for. Matt guided me through the entire process and made it as stress free as possible. Then he helped me locate a qualified agent in NC when I moved out of state. And when I moved back to TN there was not a soul I'd use as a buyers agent besides Matt. And in regards to moving back, which required MUCH more of Matt's time showing me house after house, submitting offer after offer during bidding wars, always patient and always available to answer all of my questions, he was always top notch. No one can be everywhere at every moment but when I wanted to see a house, and then see it again, if Matt was not available to show me he without fail had someone available and ready, he doesn't miss a beat! As my agent he was never pushy, never ever makes you feel as if you are taking too much time, he wants what you want, and helps you get it, he's incredibly kind, thorough, knowledgeable about this area, one of the hardest working realtors I've ever met. And because of Matt's quick actions I now have a lovely piece of property overlooking the mountains that is shaping up to be a wonderful Flower farm. And if I ever move again?.. no current plans to do so, but if I do Matt is my forever Realtor, 100%.
