And when I moved back to TN there was not a soul I'd use as a buyers agent besides Matt. And in regards to moving back, which required MUCH more of Matt's time showing me house after house, submitting offer after offer during bidding wars, always patient and always available to answer all of my questions, he was always top notch. No one can be everywhere at every moment but when I wanted to see a house, and then see it again, if Matt was not available to show me he without fail had someone available and ready, he doesn't miss a beat! As my agent he was never pushy, never ever makes you feel as if you are taking too much time, he wants what you want, and helps you get it, he's incredibly kind, thorough, knowledgeable about this area, one of the hardest working realtors I've ever met. And because of Matt's quick actions I now have a lovely piece of property overlooking the mountains that is shaping up to be a wonderful Flower farm. And if I ever move again?.. no current plans to do so, but if I do Matt is my forever Realtor, 100%.
