Originally from Guatemala City, Joshua's journey has taken him from Guatemala to New York and finally moving to Maryland as a young preteen in the late 90s, where he embraced the area's rich history and vibrant community, building a life that reflects his diverse background From an early age, Joshua developed a keen interest in music and architecture, leading him to explore various trades related to home design and development. His commitment to understanding the intricacies of the real estate market inspired him to join Umanzor & Associates, one of the top-producing teams at Long & Foster.
