I had the misfortune of having to sell a home and several properties following the passing of a family member. I am not versed in the details of the process, but have bought and sold a few houses over the years. Joshua and Malissa greeted us with an overwhelming sense of honesty from the first meeting. As a team, they were full of great advice on how to proceed making every step so thoughtful and strategic. Throughout the process, we were able to build a strong relationship that felt comfortable. They are very attentive and incredibly respectful while gaining a thorough understanding of your perspective. I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I had the smallest concern knowing Joshua and Malissa were always available. I know they have many other clients, but you feel like you are the only one. Their knowledge of the market, great process planning and strategic thinking proved invaluable. You will not find better real estate professionals that are incredibly kind and courteous.

Specifically, from day one and our first conversation, it was obvious my wife and I weren't just another "transaction" to Joshua and Malissa. Simply because Joshua and Malissa's honesty, work ethic, expertise, and responsiveness demonstrated that they actually CARE about us/their clients. That sense of care and regard continued throughout the house search and buying process.
