Joshua went the extra mile for me on my property purchase. I hired him on as a buyers broker and ended up doing all the paperwork as the seller because the home purchase was a private sale and wasnt listed with any realtor. Joshua acted on my behalf as a buyers agent and a sellers agent to get this property for me. In the future I will use Joshuas services again when its time to sell my home.
