Joshua showed confidence and knowledge in handling our sell and purchase. Our sell fell out of escrow 2 weeks before we were due to close. Joshua was on vacation when he got the news and immediately, but a plan into action. He was able to find a new buyer and close escrow in 20 days. These are the kind of agents you want on your side. Agents that are able to pivot quickly and effectively execute a plan. Not to mention he was professional and assertive when needed. Would definitely consider his services for future transactions.
