My fiancA(C) and I don't have the best of credit to buy a home. He helped us figure out which way to go so that we could still buy a home just in a different way. We are still going through the process but so far so good from what we can tell although he is a little hard to get a hold of. That's about our only down fall so far but that's not a big deal to us because we are hard to get ahold of too
