Joshua Coon

A native of Tazewell County, Virginia, Joshua lived in Tazewell VA until he graduated high school and then moved to the Abingdon/Bristol VA area to start his real estate career in early 2004. He joined a real estate company of about 30 agents in Abingdon VA and after just one short year in real estate he was awarded the company rookie of the year award for being the 2nd top agent in the firm that year. He was also awarded the prestigious platinum award by the Southwest Virginia Association of Realtors for sales resulting in being in the top 14 agents in the entire association of around 220 agents. From that point on Joshua has become one of the most recognized, respected & recommend agents in the area. After just 3 short years in the business Joshua obtained his Brokers license with the goal of one day opening up his own real estate firm. Shortly after obtaining his brokers license Joshua decided that he would fulfill another goal of his and get his bachelors degree. Four years later after working real estate full time and going to college full time Joshua had obtained his Bachelors Degree from Tusculum College in Greeneville TN with a BS in Organizational Management with Concentration in Financial Management. Now Joshua lives in Sullivan County TN and works as Principal Broker/Manager for Park Hill Realty Group in Kingsport TN. As a licensed Broker in TN & VA, he specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, as well as providing marketing services for my seller clients in the Tri-Cities area.
