Joshua Brewer

Joshua grew up in the Detroit, Michigan, area before leaving to serve this wonderful country and to this day, says Michigan is the greatest state he has lived in. He returned after 8 years, serving in the United State Navy as an Aviation Electrician on MH60-S Search and Rescue Helicopters. Living all over the world,
from San Diego - Guam - Japan - Australia - Arizona. After obtaining a real estate license in 2018, he has spent his endeavors honing in on a new and fresh approach to real estate. "Communication, building relationships, and hard work, is key" he said. "I have left dinner with my wife, wrote contracts at 3am, worked on my honeymoon, to ensure my clients are taken care of. This is how
clients should be treated. I believe an update every day, in the morning, as things progress, and wrapping up the day are what clients deserve."

Joshua
started his real estate career among one of the fastest real estate markets in the U.S. In 2018, while working as a full-time field engineer for Kokusai (vendor of Intel) he perused real estate school in his off hours. After 90hours of in person training, he passed his real estate exam and became a licensed REALTOR in the state of Arizona. 4 weeks later, left his career as an engineer
and became a full-time real estate agent for Keller Williams. He believes this is what gives him an extra edge over other agents. "I am one of the few agents, soon to be broker, that has experience, not only in another state, but a county
that has upwards of 20,000 listings a day. This allowed me to learn aspects of real estate that many others have not experienced."

In
2019, Joshua passed his real estate exam in MI and hung his license with Modern Realty out of Midland. He now serves all of Mid-Michigan. From Detroit - Traverse city. In his first year back, he has helped over 40+ families accomplish their real estate goals. I can only imagine what the future years hold for this
young man and all his clients. When speaking with some of his collogues and past clients, or as Joshua would say "New members of his family" it really appears he is making a difference in the community and setting a new standard across
the board.

On
top of serving in the U.S. Navy and working as a field engineer, Joshua has started many other small businesses. Some of which are still running and some that have been dissolved. When asked about these other businesses, he said "My
first business, the good old times. My first was an Instagram business. I did the unheard of and transformed my body in 30 days. I put it out there, after recording a YouTube video, and everyone wanted tips and tricks to living a healthier
lifestyle. This Instagram grew to over 50,000 followers, its Shred_Chronicles. I just helped as many people as I could. It's actually still an active page,
but I don't do many meal plans these days. My second business was real estate which is still thriving. My third was a business that grew from real estate. When
I was trying to figure out how to reach as many people as possible. I started a social media marketing business. The company was Nerdify Digital Marketing LLC.
I had a couple clients and loved managing their pages, but realized I much rather take this knowledge to better sell homes and reach buyers. The last business I started, stemmed from Digital Marketing. I started an E-Commerce business, selling fishing lures. I really did enjoy this, but life hit me in
the face and had to dissolve this business."

Joshua
enjoys spending time with his family, which consists of his wife, Katelynn, soon to be son, coming March 2021 and their four fur babies: Bane, Nova, Oliver, and
Cashew. You can usually find him golfing, bowling, fishing, or adventuring in new things like the stock market, business development, and investment properties.
