Josh Werner is an excellent realtor. I bought and sold my condo thru him and he was fantastic at both. On the buying side, I was coming from out of state. Josh made lots of time for me to see properties the one weekend I was in town, then did multiple virtual tours. On the selling side, his marketing is exceptional. Josh is professional, knows his stuff, and is genuinely good, trustworthy person to work with.

Six thumbs up from the Brahm family! Josh made this process so much more enjoyable with his uplifting personality and by taking care of everything for us. If we had any questions, Josh found the answers in a very short turn-around time. He is the most patient, hard-working professional you will ever meet. He scheduled all viewings with efficiency and flexibility. We never felt pressured, or like he was just trying to make a sale. I began to feel really bad for Josh about halfway through the process. We literally looked at more than 70 houses. There were three of us with differing opinions on every house. The market was not the best. There were very few choices and the good ones went fast and for over asking price. There were always more coming on the market and as long as our son's lease wasn't up, we kept looking until we got the right one. Josh became part of the family! He is genuinely a great guy who obviously loves his job and offers valuable insights. He's also a lot of fun!
