Kellie was simply amazing. We changed course a few times in search of a home in the Southland and she handled each detour with patience, grace and professionalism. Her responsiveness was off the charts. It felt like she was always available for us and that we were her only client. She always answered the phone when we called and responded to text messages within seconds or minutes. Not only was the level of service she provided top tier, she also is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She almost always had immediate answers to our questions and the few times she didnt, she got back to us in short order. Shes as proactive as you could want, typically thinking a step or two ahead and taking action. Shes also a brilliant negotiator. Her strategy to make offers on two homes simultaneously that we liked since the same agent represented both sellers resulted in both offers being accepted without a counter offer. This review is over a YEAR overdueaEUR" but I am still writing it because Geoffrey went ABOVE & BEYOND to help my fiancA(C) and I purchase our first condo. From day one, he was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. As first time homebuyers, we we had 1 million and one questions that he helped answer for us throughout the processaEUR" he was very thorough in following through with us on everything. Not only was he willing to hop on late 7PM calls weekly for check-ins due to my work schedule but he also set up a WhatsApp group so that we could stay in contact while I took a week-long trip out the country.
