Josh helped us is selling our house recently. Overall, i couldn?t have asked for more!! Josh handled everything from making sure we price the house right, to recommending amazing contractors who helped us with house decor, and any fixes required. We actually went on vacation when the house was showed, and we came home with a sold house. The Lee Tessier Team is great! Josh was our agent and began working with us almost nine months before the house went on the market. We knew we had a lot of repair work ahead of us and needed guidance on what to do AND if we should even do the work. Joshs guidance was on point and he was always available for additional questions as we got our house ready to sell. I should also mention the Lee Tessier Team has a ton of resources and contractors they work with to help homeowners get ready to sell. This was INVALUABLE especially during 2020 when contractors were stretched thin. In early September our house went on the market. In three days we had 30 showings and ten offers! We accepted an offer that was 20k over list. Sadly, that buyer was not able to secure financing so the house went back on the market and guess what? Multiple showings and offers again in just three days. We accepted an offer that was even higher than what we got from the first buyer! We faced a number of unexpected issues with both buyers during the inspection and financing phase of selling our house. Josh and the team handled each of these issues with skill and expertise. We finally closed this week and are thrilled with the outcome. A year ago, I would never have dreamed we could sell our house for what we ended up getting.
