Josh is great. We were remote builders and he made us like we were in TN the whole time. Attentive and knowledge while also being kind and interested in our journey to find a neighborhood and builder. Hopefully this is our forever home, but if not Josh will be our guy to find our next home. Cannot recommend him enough

We have purchased 2 properties with Joshs help. The first one was unusual because we were out of state. He was creative in helping us by showing the property via video chat. With him, if there is a will there is a way. We settled in that property within 30 days. A year later we found another property we wanted to see. He made all of the necessary arrangements to get us a viewing that day. We loved it. The property was a aEURoeFor Sale by OwneraEUR?. He was kind enough to not let the sellers flounder in the process that he provided them with some procedural guidance while still keeping our needs at the forefront.
