Never pushy, and always honest. Always willing to drop whatever he was doing to find a way to show us a home even if it meant working late. When we sealed the deal on our perfect home, he communicated often to let us know what was going on and how things were progressing. He also explained things well and I certainly I appreciated that. When it came time to list our old home, I couldnt have been more pleased. Josh took pictures and got it listed on a Friday and we had two offers on the following Monday, one being for full price.
