From the moment we met Josh we received professional, personalized service. His knowledge of the market made the difference! Josh was intimately involved in EVERY aspect of the listing, including the preparation of us the owners. We were concerned about possible scenarios, and he, not only took our concerns seriously, he walked us through each and every one of them.For the preparation of the house, he came and spent a WHOLE day helping us prepare for the open house, making sure every aspect of the house was perfect. We wanted a thorough cleaning of the house and, his involvement with that blew us away.
