My wife and I had a very negative experience with a different real estate company by not drumming up business with our Baltimore County condominium. I first heard of the Lee Tessier team while listening to my local back in 2017 and they sounded like a company I could work with. In 2018 my parents were given the option to purchase the rental property we were living in. We did not know if it was a good decision or not so I decided to visit the Lee Tessier website and thats where I found Katie Stephens. Katie was a godsend, straightforward yet compassionate, honest, attentive, responsive and an all-around good person. She came to our home and gave us honest feedback and guidance on next steps. That transaction didnt work out so we put the process on hold. We kept in touch over the years. Fast forward 7 yrs later to March of this year, I decided to reached out to Katie again because I was ready to enter the housing market myself. Katie did not hesitate to offer her assistance. My lease was up in June and I told her I needed to find a place by then. I was nervous about the deadline but she was confident we would find a place and last month I purchased my first home.
