Josh Mendoza

Josh Mendoza began his real estate career in 2006, joining his father at Keller Williams Realty in Phoenix, AZ at the internationally renowned real estate group: The Mendoza Team. Josh quickly earned a reputation as a high-level real estate agent, negotiating hundreds of transactions and earning multiple awards for closed sales, including Rookie of the Year. Josh expanded The Mendoza Team into California, bringing his talents to Beverly Hills and the surrounding Los Angeles areas with Mendoza Team LA. Over the years, he has represented many multi-million dollar clients and has a keen eye for the luxury markets of both California and Arizona. At The Mendoza Team, Josh focuses on providing superior service while offering an in-depth knowledge of the housing market. He believes in a client-first mentality dedicated to helping people navigate every aspect of their real estate transaction. Josh Mendoza is a nationally certified REALTOR(R) and a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles REALTORS(R) Association and the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS(R). In addition to real estate, Mendoza is an award-winning screenwriter, director, producer, and author. In that world, he's best known for his feature film, What Still Remains, and his debut novel, Shadow of the Eternal Watcher. Prior to his professional life, Josh studied at Stanford University, receiving a BA in English, and later attended graduate school at USC, earning an MFA in Film and Television Production.
