Josh Lavik

I'm on a mission to create a better real estate experience for all of our real estate clients. We do this in a number of ways. One is by creating a team based structure that has specialized people within designated roles that truly excel in their area of expertise. Another way is through our home perks program (contact me for details) with moving, household, and entertainment benefits. I have been helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate since 2005. During that time there has been growth, challenges, changes, and everything in between. One career highlight was having the opportunity to be featured TWICE on the hit television show House Hunters on HGTV. Another high moment came in 2010 when I was among In Business Magazine's Top 40 Under 40 for business professionals in the Madison area. In 2013, I graduated with my MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from UW-Madison. I have consistently ranked among the top real estate agents in all of South Central Wisconsin. My amazing wife helps raise our 3 boys and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others in our community.
