Told him the area we were looking in how many bedrooms/ bathrooms we wanted, and extra bells and whistles we wanted to try and have. He found several that matched what we were looking for. While viewing each house he pointed out things we might have not seen or known to look for both positive and negative in each house. When we picked the house we wanted to buy there was constant communication from beginning to end. Very pleased. He has even checked in with us several times since to see how things are with us and the house.
