About 40% of the deals we find for our buyers are "off market deals" meaning they are not listed in the MLS - This is a huge advantage because with the limited inventory in the market place most buyers are being forced to overpay for properties to get a home they like. We will show you homes that no one else knows about, thus getting you a much better deal.
