Josh is amazing. We had a terrible experience trying to sell our house with a very passive realtor and after 4 months with few showings and no offers, we switched to Josh. The difference was unbelievable.Josh immediately jumped in with feedback on why weren't getting the showings we wanted and concrete actions to improve things. From specific cleaning and staging to make the house show better to changing out the photos and advertising to broaden interest. He was proactive in getting people lined up to take care of issues, followed up diligently on feedback and interest, and took many actions personally which were above and beyond the call of duty. At the end of the three week process, we re-listed the house and RAISED the price. Despite raising the price, we had two offers in less than three weeks.I would highly recommend Josh. He's a joy to work with a great real estate professional.

My buying and selling experience could not have gone any better than it did with Josh. I am a former Realtor myself but had given up my license by the time it came to sell my home. I knew Josh had a great reputation so I decided to call him when my wife and I were ready to move. Josh was so up front and honest with us he actually talked us out of listing when I first met with him due to market conditions at the time. He called me a few months later once conditions had improved and sat down with us to make sure our financial needs were going to be realistically met in order to purchase our new home. Our home sold in under a month with the list price he helped us set with his market knowledge and we found our new home shortly after. Since my transaction I have referred Josh to friends and family and they have had nothing but positive feedback as well. You will not go wrong by choosing Josh as your real estate professional! I have read the one bad review on this site and you will want to ignore it. He is extremely responsive and was great through the whole process.
