Josh was amazing and we moved into our new home in Hendersonville about 4 months ago. Doing a 1031 tax deferred exchange in this real estate market is nerve wracking, especially from out of state. Josh especially helped me when one of the sellers backed out just a few days before my deadline to identify. He worked very hard to find me a property, canceled appointments to focus just on me, and was able to find me a property and get it under contract just under the wire. Throughout this process, he was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Josh.
