Hi! I'm Josh, a licensed real estate agent in Central Florida but originally from a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2011, I launched my career in corporate retail. Over the past 11 years, I've gained valuable experience in sales and marketing roles. After relocateing to College Park in 2022, I am eager to rekindle my passion for real estate. With prior experience as a leasing consultant during college, I understand what it takes to ensure a smooth transaction. Beyond work, I enjoy spending time with friends, playing volleyball and golf, exploring new restaurants, and soaking up the Florida sun on various beaches.
