We connected with Josh while living out of State. Communication was quickly established as efficient and clear with Josh, which I really appreciated. House shopping with Josh reminded me of bowling with bumpers; he's going to keep you in the lane, but it's up to you to make the strike! Since we had limited time to purchase a house while living in another state, we ambitiously tried to purchase a house in one weekend of shopping. While we missed it one weekend, we did it in two weekends and closed in about 25 days from offer to signatures. Thanks Josh
