2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Don’t leave your sale to chance — success comes from strategy, not luck. In today’s market, pricing, presentation, and marketing must align perfectly. Homes that look incredible online and are priced right for the market conditions get attention and sell fast.
Start by hiring an agent who treats your sale like a business — not a weekend project. I tell my sellers: you only get one first impression, so make it count. Invest in professional photos, video, and a strong online presence that gets your home in front of the right buyers, not just more buyers.
Understand that the market has shifted. With inventory up and competition rising, presentation and exposure are everything. My advice? Focus on what you can control: condition, marketing, and communication.
Finally, partner with someone who knows how to create urgency, negotiate firmly, and manage the details. The goal isn’t just to sell — it’s to sell for top dollar, in the least time, with the least hassle.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve had the privilege of helping a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers and growing families to luxury sellers, relocations, and seasoned investors. Over the years, I’ve sold more than 750 homes across the Charlotte area and beyond, each with its own unique strategy and set of goals.
A large portion of my business comes from relocation clients, many of whom discover us through our YouTube channel — the #1 real estate presence in the Charlotte market. Every month, 50–60 relocation buyers reach out directly after watching our videos. They already know, like, and trust us before we even connect.
I’ve also worked extensively with homeowners upsizing, downsizing, or selling under tight timelines. Regardless of price point or motivation, my goal is the same — provide expert guidance, clear communication, and results that exceed expectations.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Michael and Alyssa came to us after 148 days on the market with another agent. They were frustrated — little communication, weak marketing, and zero strategic guidance. 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My path to real estate started in 2015 after meeting my wife while working as an international art auctioneer. I’ve always been passionate about negotiation, presentation, and high-value client experiences — and real estate felt like the perfect transition.
I began as the lead listing partner on one of the top mega teams in the U.S., where I learned the systems, processes, and strategies that drive consistent, top-level results. That experience taught me what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
As the team grew larger, I noticed the personal connection and service beginning to fade — so I created a solution. That’s when we founded The Finigan Group — a team built to deliver high performance, intentional strategy, and true concierge-level service throughout every transaction.
