Josh was great. Unfortunately, my wife's job offer fell through so we didn't buy, but Josh showed us every property we asked about and even visited properties for us when we couldn't be there. He was very thorough in looking at each property and very candid about potential problems with each property. Highly recommended.

Josh is a fantastic realtor. He was quick to respond to our texts/questions. Our listing was done very well- the photos and video did justice to how beautiful our home is. He also had a very successful open house where we had several families view the home, ultimately resulting in a full price offer. Wouldnt have chosen anyone different if we could do it all over again.

If youre looking for someone to help you buy/sell, then look no further. Josh is so professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with.
