My fiance and I were able to purchase our first home this year and we owe a huge thank you to Josh!! We met josh after taking a break with our original realtor. She was friendly, but as a younger couple trying to make a big decision we really needed an experienced and knowledgeable realtor to help us navigate the market and strategically find the best home for us. We decided to take a break with her to explore other options and I'm so glad we did. After being referred to Josh, we set up a consultation and began the process. I must say that Josh has an unmatched level of knowledge and expertise in this field. Josh is a true professional! He goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor! Always on time, consistently checks in weekly on the sale of my home, communicative, and respectful. I also told him that I had a little anxiety with selling my home because I had to do everything on my own. He came over and helped me mow my lawn and fixed up a few things at my house. The selling process was super smooth and I'm grateful for him!!
