ZillowVERIFIEDI had been having a hard time finding my as I had made 2 bid on homes in 2 different areas and they were real estate hunters were buying the homes so quickly. I was introduced to Leslie by my close friend also a real estate agent in Phoenix, in which I could not find any property. I drove to Sierra Vista and met Leslie and she showed me a few properties that I was also outbidded on but the best part is how I obtained my property. As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing and more importantly I was scared. One day Leslie called me about a property that had not been listed and we did a video showing and when I tell you this house had Everrrything that I wanted believe it. After the showing I requested to make my bid on the home in which quickly offered to assist and what to expect and so the next day it was listed and my bid was in and someone tried to bid on my property and the owner decided to accept my offer, and I was absolutely estatic and she also introduced my to the team and the first time home buyer program. Leslie held my hand every step of the way and she did not skip a beat. I drove down to do the inspection. Since i lived in Phoenix and could not drive to Sierra Vista which is 2 hours away, she came to the home with the inspector to do the final inspection to make sure all the repairs were complete before closing. Who does that??? I am forever Grateful for you and team for making my dream come true. If any one is looking for the BEST realtor, her name is Leslie and she has my stamp of approval.
