We chose to work with Josh to sell my parents? home after seeing how he helped our daughter and husband find their first home a few years ago. He was so good at working with these first time buyers - suggestions of places to see, how to compare homes, how to get the final paperwork done? Josh helped my fiance and me out with a somewhat complicated out-of-state move.
