We chose to work with Josh to sell my parents? home after seeing how he helped our daughter and husband find their first home a few years ago. He was so good at working with these first time buyers - suggestions of places to see, how to compare homes, how to get the final paperwork done? As a first time ?seller?, I assumed he would help my husband and I the same way. As long as WE asked the questions, he found us the answers we needed. Josh is very personable, so easy to work with, not judgmental at all! I would highly recommend him to buyers AND sellers!

Josh helped my fiance and me out with a somewhat complicated out-of-state move. We had a tight timeline to view houses since we were only going to be in town for a weekend, and Josh went out of his way to make sure we were able to view the homes wed found online. He also made time for us on a Saturday morning to put in an offer.
