Joseph did an outstanding job helping our family find our dream home in a fantastic neighborhood close to Elk Grove. Communication and knowledge are both key to closing out deals and Joseph provided both. Prior to looking at the house, Joseph communicated and set up meeting times which allowed us to take a look outside of my familys work schedule. We appreciated it a lot because finding a home can be very time consuming. Joseph made us feel welcomed into the house as if it was already ours. Prior to looking at the house, we were already familiar with the area but he provided further information which is always helpful. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and we cannot thank him enough.
