He is very practical and matter of fact about what he brings to you. He will not try to sell you on something just because he is trying to make a sale. He knows a ton about the area. He does fast and expert research on the properties and as an inexperienced buyer he taught me a lot about what adds value or what may be a problem down the line. He was available to me any time I called and texted and we were in constant communication throughout the search. He would tell me all the good, bad, and the ugly about every property so that I could make an informed decision and I really, really appreciated that. Ive worked with a few other realtors and every time I felt like they were always selling me on the house... and I almost felt like I needed to be extra careful and do my own research. I didnt feel like that with Mike. He often will tell me the things I did not want to hear! Mike is legit. He knows his stuff. We worked really well together and I trusted his knowledge. He also knows about foundation, electrical and other important aspects that he would show me/point out that may be an issue or that were an asset. With Mikes diligence, I am happy to say that we closed on a house July 2021. It was not the house I may have had in mind when I first started the process but its a great property, in a great neighborhood, solid house that fits the needs of my family and I owe it to Mike for his guidance throughout the process. When looking at potential houses Mike knew exactly what to look for and what questions to ask to really make sure the house was the right fit for us. He was available day or night to answer any question we had and was very flexible in order to work with our different work schedules.
