Right away he was attentive, fast-moving & down-to-earth. He wasted no time in bringing in a professional photographer & had our place listed quickly. He also staged 2 open houses. The condo market here was slow this past fall but after 6 weeks we had an offer, we counter-offered & it was accepted. The whole time Joe kept us informed of what was going on & was also easy to contact when we had questions. A week before we were to close the offer fell through. Joe contacted us immediately. He gave us our options...we relisted immediately. This time within a week we had 2 offers (timing!). The whole way through Joe took care of all the little & big issues that popped up. He was professional yet down-to-earth. He has our highest recommendation!
