It's so critical that we sit down prior to listing and have a consultation. Too many buyer rush into signing a listing agreement without realizing what they're getting into. Not all agents will treat your home the same. I will treat your home the same whether it's worth $100,000 or $10,000,000. When you list your home with me you will receive professional marketing materials, professional pictures, a complete valuation report, and a net sheet estimate so you know exactly where you stand financially.
The most common question I'm asked is why my listing sold day 1 for over asking the competition down the street didn't. The answer is very simple; I don't cut corners.
