Dawn was the absolute best. She helped us to find our Florida Dream Home with us being in Ohio. She took great videos of the homes and sent to us. Then patiently waited for our busy schedules to review the videos. Then this absolutely perfect t house came back on the market, she was able to jump on it for us. We closed 30 days later. During the process, she had all appraisals, inspections, etc that were needed scheduled and complete in 3-4 days. Absolutely amazing! Even going back to the house to look at something we saw in the video. We had a better experience long distance, than we had buying a house locally.
