Little did I know just how many details were involved. Looking back, Joseph is the only realtor to get so much accomplished in the time-line we had set. Joseph has incredible instincts and excellent reputation with the wide range and large number of people he works with every day. He gives respect, and knows and understands the personalities hes dealing with, and I observed those qualities at every stage of the process. Beginning with guidance for staging the house, to requesting an addendum for reimbursement because of additional expenses from the other parties late closing, Joseph was there all the way. He gave sound advice and detailed market evaluations within our own community to help us reach the best pricing decision. His strategy is to always negotiate from a position of strength. The photographer he uses, really produced fantastic shots and was scheduled with just enough time for me to complete the staging recommendations from Joseph. But Joseph also checked on me during each part of the process, in case I needed more time, and always returned every text, phone call, or email almost immediately. The house went on the market within a day of the photographs and we even had one showing booked in advance. Joseph is all business, and conducts himself appropriately for every circumstance. I could go on, but the bottom line was the house sold within two weeks and we had a realistic timeline to get every detail finalized and completed for a successful closing on the sell of our house, but Joseph was also instrumental on helping our new home close in California.
