Joe was truly phenomenal and is really knowledgeable about the local areas. We found Joe on Zillow, and on first contact we knew he would be wonderful to work with. First, Joe was full of information about the area we were looking at, and taught us many things we would never learn just from reading about the area online or even during a visit, especially in the off-season. He helped narrow our search to specific areas based on our preferences, which ultimately led to making an offer on a home (we looked at over a dozen homes in one day). The whole process of making the offer through closing was spectacular; Joe really knows all the ins and outs and helped us succeed in making the deal, and was there every step of the way until we closed on the home. He even went above and beyond, by helping after the sale, which is really helpful when purchasing from out of state. Enough can't be said of how important an agent is, and Joe truly encompasses everything you want in an agent. Joe was great, prompt, and new the area we were interested in really well. We got to see a lot of properties of interest all on a schedule that was convienient to our needs. Joe also handled all the communication with the seller's representation and worked towards getting the deal closed.
