I am a full time sales agent with BHHS Zack Shore Realtors and cover all of Long Beach Island from Barnegat Light to Holgate plus nearby Beach Haven West. My office and home are both close to the bridge so I am conveniently located and can easily meet clients anywhere on the island. After purchasing my first home on LBI I decided to enter the real estate market in 2013. With just 2 years in the business in 2015 I became the #1 Agent in our Ship Bottom office for listings sold on LBI and did so again in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. I was also among the TOP 10 Agents (out of over 500 agents) for listings sold on LBI between 2015-2019. I achieved the highest level Platinum NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 in addition to Gold in 2015 and 2016. I rank in the TOP 1% for the entire network out of over 50,000 BHHS agents globally. I specialize in helping clients Buy/Sell luxury homes on LBI and my most expensive sale was for $5,700,000. My expertise is in marketing and my staging and attention to detail are unparalleled. As a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management I began my career by founding the Keystone Pub in Bethlehem, PA and increased sales from just $100,000 to over $1,000,000 a year.
