Working with Joe was such a pleasant experience. He was always available and explained each step of the process. He followed up to ensure all was going smoothly and if I had any concerns or questions. When the offers came in he was a great sounding board as I weighed each offer. The timeline for my process was 1 month from the day the listing went live until I closed on the house. His assistant Rachel, was also terrific to work with. She was always around to answer questions or explain what paperwork I needed to sign. It was like working with a friend. I would work with Joe and Rachel again.

ZillowVERIFIEDJoe and his team are the absolute best. They did far more than I would ever expect, including getting bids from trusted contractors for remodeling after we had already closed. I have commercial properties and have bought and sold many properties on my own. In general, I find realtors get in the way and prolong the process. Not the case with Joe. He is a real asset to both buyers and sellers and one of the very few excellent realtors I have ever dealt with. I began the process of buying my first vacation home in Florida in 2017 with another realtor who could never get a deal closed. I began renting in Kissimmee in November of 2020 and tried in earnest to close on a home during COVID, but still could not get a deal done. After leaving my realtor I met Joe and he was great. We got a deal done that was more complex than most and when my lender couldnt finance it, he put me in touch with another mortgage broker who got it done very quickly and smoothly. I now consider Joe and Rachel friends and look forward to working with them on my next vacation rental early next year. They really need more than 5 stars for Joe.

No matter what side of the realtor table he is on, Joe is charasmatic, well liked and professional.
