Joseph and his wife Anisia are not your average real-estate agents they are much more than that and to my husband and I we now consider them our friends! We started working with Team Cordi a little over 2 years ago right after our wedding we wanted to to buy a home in Huntington Beach and were referred to them by another good friend of ours who had just got into a rental with their help. From the beginning both of them were extremely friendly and personable. They went above and beyond getting to know us and what we were looking for as well as what our price range for a house was. We were not in a huge hurry but wanted to find something before the holidays and the end of the year and they definitely made that a reality for us. Every day they were checking in with either my husband or I. Long story short we bought our first home in a timely manner. The escrow process was made much less stressful because Joseph did everything he could to help us both full-time working adults, find all the right documents and get them turned in when needed. We kept in touch with Team Cordi and not quite two years later we were asked to relocate out of state for work. We decided to list our home on the market instead of renting it out and with the diligent and persistence help of Joseph and Anisia we sold our home in 5 months the time frame we told them we wanted to sell in! Not only did we sell in a timely manner but we made a great profit on our first home in just the two short years we owned it. I would be lying if I said we could take full credit for our success in our home buying/selling because we had such amazing trust and friendship with Team Cordi they truly cared about us and wanted to see us happy and got us what we wanted in both circumstances. I hope this review resonates strong, because although neither my husband or I have much experience buying and selling homes, having a realtor that is genuine, knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond for their clients is much harder to find than you think. We purchased a condo at the beach in Long Beach, CA where Team Cordi were the listing agents. We first viewed the condo during an open house being held by Team Cordi, and made a full-price offer on the condo while at the open house that same day within an hour of entering the property. Joseph and Anisia Cordi were very helpful and responsive during the 90 closing period that had been requested by the Seller. They were also very cordial, low-key, and pleasurable to work with. They worked with the Seller on our behalf and to our satisfaction to correct a number of items that were found during the initial inspection of the unit by the inspection company and were very reliable in following-up on any items that needed attention. Over the course of the closing period, we became friends with them and now that we have closed on the purchase of the property, we plan to continue our relationship with them as close friends into the future.
