He was very responsive and always on top of things, but is not overbearing. His style is more of the quiet, experienced professional, rather than being bombastic, arrogant, or showy. He knows the market and all the local players, and works quietly but diligently in engaging with other agents and parties. Most importantly he is honest and direct--a complete straight shooter. He isn't afraid to tell you the truth, even if it's a bit unpleasant, when others might want to hide you from bad news. And when he is not sure about something, he will let you know and give you his best judgement of your options, and let you as the principal make the decision. We always felt well-advised and in control of our situation even when it could get complicated, and that is in large part due to Joe's quiet and steady hand. I wish I could give six stars!
